K-Beauty Salon
Producer, Executive Director, Head of Social Media
K-Beauty Salon was an ambitious international project that connected South Korea and Vietnam, blending Korean pop culture with global audiences. Funded by the Korean government and leading K-beauty brands, the program was broadcast across seven countries and utilized platforms like Instagram and YouTube to cultivate vibrant online communities and significantly enhance brand visibility.
The show brought together K-pop stars and influencers from Korea and Vietnam to produce engaging fashion and beauty content. As the Executive Producer and Head of Social Media, I spearheaded innovative digital campaigns that elevated the program's reach and impact. Through carefully crafted strategies, we grew the show's digital presence, creating a dynamic connection between audiences and the world of K-beauty.
Our efforts were recognized internationally, with K-Beauty Salon earning a Bronze Award at WorldFest  Houston International Film Festival in 2020. This achievement highlights the program's success in bridging cultural boundaries, showcasing the power of media and social platforms in global storytelling.
FULL OF CULTURE
Executive Producer / Director / Show Host
This program has been a flagship cultural entertainment show for TBC for over 15 years, highlighting the value of art and culture while providing content that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. It features in-depth interviews with a diverse range of artists, including painters, sculptors, opera singers, musical actors, filmmakers, and performers, showing how art connects with human life. The program emphasizes that art and culture are not the exclusive domain of a select few but are accessible experiences that anyone can appreciate and enjoy.
Koreans are known for their deep love of art, and Daegu stands as a central city for the arts. The city is home to the International Opera Festival, Musical Festival, and frequent visits from world-renowned orchestras, which served as the focus for many of the program's stories, highlighting Daegu's vibrant artistic energy.
Additionally, I directed four special episodes for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the largest arts festival in the world, sharing the global artistic movements with South Korean audiences.
Over the past 15 years, this program has become a cornerstone of TBC, bridging the gap between people and art, and showing that art can enrich everyone’s life. It continues to inspire viewers, fostering a deeper appreciation of art while enhancing South Korea’s cultural identity.
Real Interview 101
Executive Director / Producer
Real Interview 101 is a heartfelt and inspiring program that aims to celebrate the uniqueness of every individual. In a world where social media often leads us to compare ourselves with others and overlook the value of what we have, this program shifts the focus back to the beauty of real-life stories.
As Executive Director and Producer, I designed Real Interview 101 to showcase the extraordinary within the ordinary. Through meaningful interviews with neighbors and community members, we explore their lives using a carefully curated list of 101 questions. These questions range from light, engaging topics to profound, thought-provoking inquiries, uncovering hidden stories and moments that highlight the uniqueness of each person’s journey.
The program reveals that every life is worthy of recognition and celebration. By connecting with others and sharing their narratives, Real Interview 101 reminds viewers that everyone deserves to be the main character in their own story. This project fosters empathy, gratitude, and a deeper appreciation for the richness of human experiences.
Daily Live News Show, Good Day and Digital Media
I produced and directed Good Day, a daily live news show that provided real-time updates on economic issues, emerging companies in the stock market, and live events. The program focused on delivering timely, relevant business news, covering market trends and the rise of innovative companies, while also featuring live performances and engaging content.
Each broadcast blended in-depth economic reporting with dynamic live coverage, offering viewers valuable insights into the world of business. The show became a trusted source for information on economic developments and stock market movements, providing a platform for rising companies and important financial stories.
In addition to managing the live show, I was also responsible for TBC’s social media presence, driving engagement and expanding the program's reach. This allowed us to connect with a wider audience, foster real-time interaction with viewers, and amplify the show's impact beyond traditional broadcasts.
Through my work on Good Day, I demonstrated my ability to manage fast-paced, live productions while delivering valuable content that resonated with a broad audience, both on-air and across digital platforms.
